Through our collaboration with the Twitter/X, we revitalised their customer education program, yielding remarkable results by focusing on enhancing brand design and content. By leveraging X's core product offering within their e-learning platform, we injected a new level of interest and engagement. Rather than relying solely on traditional instructional methods, we introduced a dynamic approach by incorporating conversations between small business owners via tweets and DM's. These dialogues served as practical demonstrations on how to navigate the platform effectively, resonating deeply with users who found real-world scenarios relatable and applicable to their own experiences. As a result, we witnessed a significant uptick in user engagement and retention, ultimately leading to improved comprehension and utilization of the company's offerings.
